Dan barrowed it all in and I stacked until I had to go on a business call. I came home expecting to have more to do ...but swipe to see what my amazing other half did by himself.

I think he can have the day off tomorrow 💕

It's already hot...7.30am and 23c...it's forecast to get to 38c...I'll be doing indoor jobs today 😁

A lovely swim this afternoon and I was joined by both Hristo, our mayor, and a host of beautiful damsel flies...one in particular got in most my shots then sat on a rock next to me.

There is something so special about this place...it's where I get to connect with the wild. It's virtually untouched and I spend 90% of my time here alone with nature.

It's where I belong.

Mia enjoyed the walk more than us this morning...due to the sheer volume of flies en route.

She dunked in mud, wandered into the wild flowers ...not bothered by them in the least...whereas myself and Joanna couldn't really settle.

On the plus side the sunflowers at the top of the hill are starting to appear 😁

This little feather was lying upsidedown on top of

This little feather was lying upsidedown on top of a tall weed outside Mia's pen as I let her out this morning.

I felt a bit meh this morning but for some reason I picked up the muddy brown feather and as I turned it over and saw the electric blue of a Jay feather I felt a surge of energy.

I grinned wildly and almost burst into tears. Jay feathers have a close connection to me and mum so it felt like she was here with me.

I went on my walk, looked up and saw the moon almost exactly half (waning crescent), heard the woosh of a stork flying overhead and saw a huge black feather floating to my feet.

It seems today is feather day for me...not sure what it means but my breathing session was pretty emotional too ❤️🙏

Having some fun with my workout this afternoon...

Having some fun with my workout this afternoon... Sooo hot outside, so brought it in the kitchen.

Mobility squats, qms, dynamic lunges, crab crawls, bridges, hip hinges, plank and side planks, downward dog to plank...

After that it was hot inside too ha ha my balance and control is getting better though which is cool 😎
